The suite we stayed was more than sufficient for the three of us. There were two bedrooms but sharing one bathroom upstairs. The only complaint was that we had to carry the big luggage up the narrow stairs. Overall, the...

Didn't like the breakfast. It's very primitive. I expected more.

The hotel appeared to be staffed by a total of 3 staff. For a supposedly four star hotel this is totally inadequate. There is no restaurant and the so called swimming pool is very poor. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options to start the day off right!
The shower door didn't close fully, leading to water on the bathroom floor.

The position was good, across the road from the old city.
Rooms are large , and very spacious, however the hotel needs to invest in new beds and bedlinen. Foyer furniture could do with replacement. Hotel has great potential. Staff are not very helpful .

nice stay with helpful staff
Good place for a quick stay! Rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast had a solid variety, but the restaurant was only open for groups, a bummer. Enjoyed my time and the location was pretty close to all the cool spots.

It was a good match for getting around the area in Avignon with real value for money. The rooftop pool was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. If you want more breakfast options, check in early.

The location is superb, right next to the train station and close to many restaurants. My room was spacious and clean. I loved the cozy lounge area. It seemed like relaxing at home, no reason to complain....

The lobby is quite grand and visually striking.
This hotel bills itself as modern and upscale but the rooms do not measure up. The desk staff was far from helpful, and did not describe any of the features of the hotel such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc. It was the beginning of November and our room was very hot, when we tried to use the air conditioner it only blew hot air. The desk staff informed us (at 2pm) that this could not be fixed until the next day and instead switched our room. No air conditioning was available in the new room either (I believe the hotel had disconnected it for the season) meaning we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open, which was not at all safe as the balconies were connected to every room on the floor of the hotel.
